The mods will need to talk about this privately, each moderator casting one private (as in non-disclosed to the board) vote. No way I'm opening a poll to ban users, unless it's to decide on a questionable moderation action.

I think they recently became more normal, so ban is not really necessary yet. But they're pretty close to step over the point of no return again.

They do seem to be kind of a nuisance to you guys.
I rarely ever pop in and these guys always seem to be the source of conflict.

Now, while they are still kittens it is time to turn them into Banzai kitties by caging them up, into a thread of their own. Where OCB(OBB?) made for them. There, in their own thread they will be able to live, learn, and better themselves and maybe one day once they are ready they can be released and maybe fed or cleaned.
But thats just me.
